Moving onto EASTER

I'm not a St. Patrick's type of gal so I am moving onto Easter ideas.  I love Easter and all the spring colors.  I had to move on and do some things.  I am in love with the Egg-Strvaganza Stamp Set and the Egg die and positioning plate die set.  I also love to decorate the "big" Hershey bars for different occasions and holidays.  Here is a close up of the eggs that I stamped and cut.  You will notice not all of them are perfect but in my stamping world...nothing is perfect in this world so why should my stamping be.  My classes love it and don't feel so compelled to be "perfect".

I used the Martha Stewart fringe scissors for my grass.  I love those scissors.  Although I love our grass die I think it needed more dimension on the grass so I chose the scissors.

Here is the candy bar:

I loved making these.  I did them over the weekend with a couple teenaged girls and they also had fun with them.  I hope you get a chance to try them.

Below is a list of the supplies I used:

Egg-Stravaganze Stamp Set SJEK006
Egg Die & Positioner Set  TAD0004
Essential Elements Stamp Set  SASU009
Gingham Cardstock (orange from assorted pack)  PAGHAST
Blackberry Ink Pad   IAPF702
Bubblegum Ink Pad  IAPF203
Ocean Ink Pad  IAPF602
Grass Ink Pad  IAPF503
Memento Black Ink pad  IMMP500

The paper for the candy bar wrapper is cut 6 3/4" x 8 1/2".  I only taped one side so the candy bar can slip in and out of the wrapper.  The grass is cut 1" x 6 3/4" and 1 1/2" x 6 3/4".  After I used the scissors I daubed some green on the grass for dimension.  Stamp the eggs as you desire and cut them out.  Place to your liking on your wrapper.  ENJOY!!!
