Stamping My Heart Out

It has been only 5 days since I have updated. I am getting a little better.
What have I been up to? Of course working on and doing my classes. The new Slide Show you see are cards from my last this past week. It was Sweet and Simple cards. All stamps are TAC and the papers are from Hobby Lobby. I know I should use TAC papers and I do alot BUT I do so many classes that it is more price effective for me to get paper on sale at Hobby Lobby. I still sell papers and use them when I feel it is feasible.

Another thing I have been busy with is a system that I do classes on and have set up for other TAC demonstrators to use for their classes. It is called Rolodex techniques. It has been very productive and rewarding for me. I just recently started selling the 3" x 5" Rolodex cards with the sample and directions to the technique on the card to demonstrators. I have done so well that it is beyond belief. I didn't realize it would go so well. If you are a demonstrator with TAC and haven't heard of this send me an email. I would love for you to join my group.

TAC just released their discontinued list. Email me if you are interested in seeing the list. I had 83 sets that have been discontinued. I will be selling them off to make room and money for new sets when the catalog comes out the end of June.

Still wishing for Spring

I can't believe the weather. It is rainy and cold here in Ohio. I have been so ready for Spring. I know when it is hot and humid this summer I will be wishing for Fall. I guess we always want what we can't have!
We did go to our camper for a few days. It was cold and rainy there too. We managed to get some work done and I got to do some stamping. The Angel Company Seminar is the end of June and it is nice to have plenty of cardfronts to trade. I managed to get 82 done this week. I went sweet & simple. I want to make a lot more but feel good about having so many done already.
When I got home I went and visited A Shade of Blue. It is a great website for stampers if you haven't been there. The link to ASB is in my favorite links.
There was a challange to make a card with your most Unloved Stamp. I chose Lullabye from TAC because I have had it a long time and never used it. Here is the card I made. I am actually very pleased with it. I didn't know if I wanted to do all of the coloring but was glad I did. I hope you enjoy it.

Happy Easter

Here I am sitting at my computer when I should be at our camper. My DH and I left yesterday morning to go to our camper for the week to get it opened up. Yes the temps are cold but we wanted to get it done. We got over to our camper (which is about 1 hour 45 minutes away) and the water was shut off due to the cold. We are hoping it warms up tomorrow or Tuesday so we can go back over for the rest of the week.
I have been doing some stamping but haven't scanned anything in a while. I will be adding some stuff when we return from the camper.
I hope everyone had a wonderful Easter.

BUSY BUSY BUSY

That has been the story of my life. BUT...tomorrow I am taking off. My daughter and I are going to a crop at a LSS in Cincinnati. It has been forever since I have been to a crop (expecially one I haven't hosted). I do hope to get some things accomplished and maybe even posted here.

TAC UPDATE

JUBILEE officially ended today. Thanks to everyone who ordered!

A Much Needed Update

It has been forever since I have updated my blog. I really need to get better disciplined on this. I have been very busy within the last month getting ready for the retreat I host in the Spring. It happened last weekend. We had a great time.
I furnished a goodie bag, 5 Make & Takes and contests. Take a look at the slide show of the contest using the Oopsie Daisies Set from the new TAC Spring Supplement. The person that won first place took her card with her. I think she just forgot to give it to me before she left. Anyway...all of the cards were really cute. We also had a layout contest and a Make your Favorite Thing contest.
We had a lot of socializing going on. We laughed a lot and not to mention we ate all weekend. I will soo be organizing one for the Fall.

I have also been busy getting classes ready and doing swaps from the Spring Supplement.

Outside of my stamping world we have painted two bedrooms and gotten them all put back together. I have my grandkids everyday and that can be a chore. Today is a good day. Carrie (who is 5) is making signs and hanging on my file cabinets. Andrew (who is 7 months) is in his walker having a good time.
